AEONITH
THE TRANSCENDENT CRITIC · LOCAL / ZERO-COST EDITION

A close reading, not a verdict

Let the work speak.
Then question it.

Aeonith examines writing through fourteen distinct critical lenses, grounding its observations in the text you provide. This independent, self-hosted implementation requires a locally running model; interpretations remain provisional.

Submit a passage

0 / 12,000 characters

Submit up to 12,000 characters of writing you own or have permission to share. Longer pastes stay in the editor but cannot be submitted until shortened. For a whole manuscript, analyze bounded excerpts rather than assuming one review knows the entire book.

Critical lenses One selected by default; fourteen available
Choose critical lenses

Select one to fourteen perspectives. The operator may impose a lower limit based on the local model. More lenses take longer and may exceed that limit.

Required even on localhost. Use the secret set by the person running this Aeonith service. The interface never saves it to browser storage. Do not use an untrusted network connection.

This zero-cost setup is for a model running on your own hardware, with no paid inference API. The browser sends your writing to the Aeonith server, but does not save manuscripts, tokens, or critiques to browser storage. The server and local model still process your writing, so check their logging and retention settings before using confidential material.

No review is generated unless the operator explicitly enables and configures a local model. Aeonith is an independent implementation, not the original GPT and not a source of definitive literary judgments.
